I had such high hopes for this company. It’s such a shame management feel the need to degrade and undermine their staff at every opportunity. A lot of the time, progression depends on if you’re friends/drinking buddies with the manager - even the best workers are put aside for under qualified, less experienced staff. If anyone makes even a simple mistake, they will play the blame game and will never forget it - and don’t expect to get any kind of promotion in the years ahead. They WILL hold a grudge. No work/life balance. Expect calls/texts on your days off. Management is like a mix between Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un - it’s just not working for the people. Over zealous management constantly trying to get one up on one another and causes distractions and delays in day to day activities. If you’re loud and good at sending emails to the right people, this is the place for you - just watch your back because there’s anyways going to be someone behind you waiting for you to fail. It really is a shame. It could have been “A Great Place To Work”,
