      -Intelligent Employees - friendly colleagues - good place to start your career

      Cons

      HR is HORRIBLE! Entire IT helpdesk level 1 and 2 is outsourced with C3i which is the worst to work for as you get absolutely no career development or advancement and the pay is well below average. i started as an Intern and then was brought with c3i (i only did it for the experience) . Do not make a career here, take what you learn and move to somewhere better fast. Was promised reviews and never received them. There was only one IT manager that actually recognized the outsourced employees for their hard work and truthfully he should be in charge or IT

      Great party’s and they like to give away things.

      Cons

      You must be Dominican to work here. Some people can’t even Read or Write and they move up because they are good friends with management. And if one of their favorite don’t like you, they’ll make it impossible for you to work there. Supervisor sleeps with the employee.
