Overworked, no tools or support, poor management decisions.

Pros

Plenty off work and unlimited PTO. Can work remotely. Great IT department. Headquarters is in a very Nice very old building, however most people work remotely from home.

Cons

Too much work, not enough employees. Not enough QA resulting in problematic software and poor customer satisfaction. Expectations and demands are not realistic.

Flexibility, if you have no life this company will fill in all of your spare time, company volitaility keeps you on your toes.

Cons

Unstable product with not enough working resources to make significant change, downsizing left and right when work volume is already unmanageable, C Level/Senior VP/AVP/Director title heavy, every day feels like it could be your last.
