Amazing CEO and a very strong and experienced management team. Incredibly talented team, gracious PTO policy, and remote work.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly and as such experiences typical growing pain.

-Unlimited PTO (If approved) -Coffee (you will need it in abundance)

Cons

-Work 60+ hours with that as expectation for years -Being lead by management that should be lucky to have a job at McDonald's -No planning for the future -Ignores client desires -Constant concern about employment due to failing management
