Pros
This is a place for great clinical experience. Trauma and burn are top tier. Always in need of bedside clinicians. Shift diff helped with low pay. Self-insured was great. Free scripts
Cons
It's a county hospital so goes with the territory. High workload, busy shifts, not enough beds etc. The local management was difficult, but management has changed. Pay wasn't super competitive,
