      Pros

      Great team, reasonable sales goals, understanding management! Like any job, you get out what you put in, however, this company makes it clear that it values its employees and offers a lot of support/ coaching/ mentoring

      Cons

      I was part-time so there were no huge downsides but I guess it depends on the branch that you work at and the pace of work that you prefer.

      I love the attention this company gives to it's employees and the fact that they recognize that we do actually have a life outside of work...in fact they encourage the life-work balance!

      Cons

      Very sales oriented, which in itself isn't bad, but can be frustrating to focus on all the time.
