      I work with a great team and enjoy going to work. Management is very supportive, from mid-level to executive. I feel very comfortable escalating any issues to them, and am confident that they will respond positively to me.

      Cons

      Pay is not very good and there is little direction for career advancement, although the opportunities are there.
