Pros

Regions is a large bank with multiple opportunities.

Cons

There are many people at the bank waiting to advance...so be ready to wait in line if you choose to work there or know someone with some pull!

Pros

Benefits, big company, fellow co-workers always helping each other out without much guidance from management.

Cons

Employees still want to keep the two companies that merged, Regions and Amsouth, as separate entities.
