-management style is horrible
-the focus is on production only
-extreme lack of communication
-policies and procedures change monthly. you are expected to comply but the changes are not communicated to you in a timely fashion.
-the supervisors are poorly trained. They can't answer employee questions and in effect employees are less able to assist customers.
-employees are expected to work new on new mainframe systems without training
-you are treated like a slave
-you are expected to be superman
-they cut benefits and incentives where they see fit but increase workloads
-you are written up for being ONE MINUTE LATE. If you arrive at 8:01 am, you are automatically written up, no matter what the excuse was
-if traffic builds up due to an accident and you are late, you will be written up, even if the accident is verifiable.
