Pros

My direct supervisor and team where they only thing that made this job tolerable.

Cons

Prioritizes money over patient care. Low Pay, 1% yearly raises (less than cost of living increase), Frustratingly complex benefit plan... I could go on.

Kindred is the worst Employer I've encountered in my 30 years of working

Co-workers, patients and nursing home staff

Cons

Don't dare ask for a raise after almost 2 years, you'll lose everything! They reduce you to PT, retaliate, punish (informally), take away benefits, but charge them for 6 months after and then when you're finally forced to quit because no one on any level would help, advertise your same job WITH benefits at PT!
