Pros

The hours are flexible and I like SOME of the therapist. My boss is really nice and understanding. The patients are really nice and the gym is a nice size.

Cons

I was low balled on my salary. I am not a fan of the iPads and the productivity levels are extremely high (90%). We are not able to buy basic things.Ex: Boifreeze, long handle reachers, theraband, theraputty, or shoe horns. Also, as a new grad, I still have a lot I need to learn and I am not here. They pretty much threw an iPad in my hand, told me to keep my productivity level high, and pushed me out the gym.

Pros

The location that i am contracted at is wonderful. I work out of Milwaukee. Residents at the facility are in independent living and a joy to work with, the staff at the retirement community and my rehabcare co-workers are also a joy to work alongside.

Cons

I have worked there full time for 4 years and there are absolutely no opportunities for job growth. in 4 years i have received a total of 69 cent raise per hour. which does not keep up with inflation. with no raise and no opportunity to move up in management you just do the same things day in and day out.

Pros

Patients were fun to work with and enjoyed working with Therapy team. I loved watching the patients meeting goals (making progress) and able to get them to a point where they can manage at home.

Cons

Poor Management skills and lack of communication which led to misinterpretation. Management assumed you were guilty before innocent. The productivity was unrealistic for facility I worked at and productivity expectation was always the focus with management. In order to have productivity to work well you have to have your nursing staff on your side.
