Focus on teamwork, benefits are good, always possible to rotate to different buildings when census is low.

Cons

Little room for growth. Raises are not common. Too much focus on productivity vs quality patient care

I love my building and co-workers

Cons

No raises, hours cut, they make you travel 45+ minutes to other buildings with only 1 way travel pay to get in your hours, no holidays off, mandatory group sessions that are not beneficial to the patients, decreased individual patient treatment care, inconsistent hours ranging from 4 hours one day to 9.5 hours the next day and never knowing what your day is going to look like or what building you are going to until you get the work.
