Truly put patients first!! Within the business triad: profit, productivity, pt. care, the care aspect is priority (not just lip service and empty promises). Supports and advocates for employees and ensures they know their value.

Cons

Communication from upper management and home office could improve.

Pros

Productivity standards are reasonable at around 75%. Company pays for some continuing education credits. Small-town rural practice so therapists get autonomy with how they practice their profession. Great team of professionals to work with.

Cons

Standard PTO accrual is very slow with around 16 days total for new therapists. You will be asked to cover multiple facilities within a rural area, which can be challenging schedule-wise. If you start your CFY here, don't expect your rate to go up after completing CFY unless you negotiate and they would most likely say no.
