Therapist owned and therapist managed rehabilitation company. Emphasis on excellent patient care, patient satisfaction, continuing education for therapists, development of specialty services and transparent costs. Wonderful clinic cultures and teamwork. #workatrehabvisions

Pros

Quality focus, support from home office (dir of operations, hospital manager, clinic manager, SNF manager, Compliance manager, accounting, human resources, marketing director) - all are so helpful and strive to help us succeed, opportunities for continuing education, collaboration among peers.

Pros

Camaraderie: I work with other positive speech therapists, as well as have collaboration with physical and occupational therapists. Quality patient care: I get to work 1:1 with our patients and their families! I see progress, and motivation from family members. Resources: RehabVisions helps me to get the resources, materials, and continuing education in order to uphold excellent standards of care. Also, RehabVisions encourages my flexibility to learn and grow in areas of my field like pediatric feeding.

Cons

PTO (Paid Time Off) adds up great, but we only get half a dozen other officially paid days off per year. It would be nice to have a few more!
