Pros

Camaraderie: I work with other positive speech therapists, as well as have collaboration with physical and occupational therapists. Quality patient care: I get to work 1:1 with our patients and their families! I see progress, and motivation from family members. Resources: RehabVisions helps me to get the resources, materials, and continuing education in order to uphold excellent standards of care. Also, RehabVisions encourages my flexibility to learn and grow in areas of my field like pediatric feeding.

Cons

PTO (Paid Time Off) adds up great, but we only get half a dozen other officially paid days off per year. It would be nice to have a few more!

Pros

Reasonable productivity requirements and Small company with accessible Home Office and helpful support staff. Strong value system and experienced management.

Cons

Limited job options mostly in Midwest and Northwest United States. Merit raises could improve. Reliability of Documentation software and IT support could improve.
