      the pay is decent, good shift premiums

      Cons

      must be on the good side of management management is getting too militaristic, everything has to exactly perfect or will get written up hours for the past year were way too inconsistent

      Nice people. Good work life balance for the most part.

      Cons

      Struggling financially. Having a hard time getting the basics right like having the right parts available to build engines with. Parts get lost and are mysteriously found. Lots of turnover. Morale not great. Too many people creating metrics and charts and not enough rolling up their sleeves and getting to work on things that move the needle for the business.
