      Pros

      Great leadership, competitive salary, and interesting industry. Since Rehlko spun off from Kohler in 2024, there are still a few things to figure out, but I have felt encouraged to dream big, start new processes, and run with new ideas. Even though the company is 100+ years old, it feels new again and almost like a start-up. On my team, it feels like everyone is supportive of one another and our goals!

      Pros

      It's a "new" company formed out of a divestiture. So there are some complaints and regrets in regards to this. However in the time I have been there it has shown promise. There is good support from the upper management and many of them have been around for years.

      As I mentioned it is a company under new ownership. so the morale is low.

      Pros

      Great people, interesting work, good pay and benefits while it lasted.

      Cons

      Mass lay offs without any notice two weeks before Christmas with pitiful severance packages. No care for employees on work visas who had very little time to find a new job before facing deportation. Completely shameless penny pinching for a company backed by a gigantic private equity firm.
