      Great People, Great Experience, Not Set Up For Long-Term Growth

      Pros

      People are fantastic, culture is overall fantastic. There is a lot of passion and drive, and because it’s lean, employees learn a ton and have numerous opportunities to deliver and stand out.

      Cons

      RTO policies for people near offices, but no change in pay or benefits. It would be more meaningful to pay for biannual company-wide seminars or town halls than to pay year-round for the 12 people in the Glendale office. Very difficult to get meaningful raises or ever get promoted. Titles do not represent what people actually do. So many people have titles well below their responsibilities and scope. Kohler Co had multiple programs in place for career growth and there are no signs that Rehlko will do the same. It seems a number of people are waiting for the cross-hiring ban to lift so they can go back to Kohler Co.

      Pros

      It’s a job that gives you some money for your time.

      Cons

      This company continues to add executives and upper management, but those at the bottom are stretched as thin as possible. I’m not even comfortable taking a half day off of work because of how much we are expected to complete. There is no getting ahead, only plugging holes in the ship as it goes down. It wouldn’t be a bad gig if we had a few more people to share the work load with.
