The leaders at this company truly have you in their best interest. They want you to succeed and grow with the company and they also do a great job at helping you build a strong foundation. Very flexible firm. Not micromanaged. Just get your work done and be an honest employee and you will succeed.

Cons

Not very technologically advanced. There is room to grow in this department. Most people don't know who Rehmann is. I'd like to consider us as more of a hidden gem firm.
