Good office environment. Business casual dress with various team building activities and events. Good process of client services and intern training.

Cons

Bad feedback on performance from employers. Hire interns for tax season help only. Hire more people than they have space for. Overtime necessary.

We are passionate about continuously improving our interns’ experience at Rehmann, including providing them with valuable feedback as they begin to develop in their careers. As such, we are excited to say that we’ve launched an updated internship performance review process in 2017 that clearly communicates the four core skills each intern is evaluated on as well as intern self-evaluations and formal performance reviews with their supervisor throughout the internship. We hope that with this, we can help our interns reach their full potential during their time with Rehmann. While there are many factors that go into making full-time hiring decisions, the ultimate goal is to utilize our internship program to find great, future leaders of our Firm. We are proud to say that the vast majority of our entry-level positions are filled with previous interns!

Communication is very open across the company, which helps accomplish projects and provide customers with great service.

Cons

No significant cons, unless you dislike working 50 hour weeks, which is an average work week. Other than there are no major cons.
