Pros

Rehmann is a wonderful place to work. Work life balance/flex schedule is definitely used by many in the firm. You get to know so many people throughout the firm, and they are always looking for your feedback and ideas. Employees are encouraged to pursue their goals, and have an open door policy with partners.

Cons

Visibility. The firm is growing each year, and the word is getting out....
