Culture & Values: For a regional sized firm, still 'small company' feel Training: Company keeps employees current with new accounting standards and annual CPE requirements

Cons

Compensation & Benefits: No annual bonus/formal incententive compensation program; annual raises (if any) low; low vacation allowance compared to industry and other firms - not proportionate with the number of hours required to work per year; difficult to take vacation; no company sponsored maternity leave

Doing 3 different job and getting paid peanuts. Performed help desk, network engineering and security as a level 2 engineer 50k Level 1 engineers getting paid almost the same Was informed by manager that upper management did not want to rehire me and asked why I should be hired as a level 2 and not level 1 engineer Constantly pushed to perform better even if you are closing more tickets and working on higher level issues than other employees Denied request for raise when asked Did not fight to keep me employees when two weeks were given

They have company values, but they do not practice what they preach.

Cons

This firm is filled with office politics. You better be good at sucking up to to pretentious "executives" if you hope to advance at this company.
