Thank you for taking the time to write this review. You mention that supervisors and partners are not nice to work with. We're hopeful that you have shared feedback regarding this through the variety of avenues that the firm provides. To give associates the opportunity to provide candid feedback to their supervisors, we utilize an anonymous, upward evaluation process on an annual basis. This allows the associates to express their comments/concerns honestly while providing supervisors the opportunity to improve their leadership skills. In addition, our annual associate engagement survey feedback is used to develop our people-focused strategic initiatives each year. Of course, open dialog through one-on-one conversations can also be super valuable. This is all in an effort to ensure that every voice is heard and valued within the entirety of the firm. Our firm and our leaders can only get better if we provide them with honest feedback!

Opportunities outside of Rehmann may be a better fit for some individuals, and we want those individuals to find that right fit – whether it’s at Rehmann or outside of the firm! We continually benchmark salaries with competitors, with the help of international HR consulting firm Mercer, and evaluate annually how our associates’ salaries compare to benchmarked data. While opportunities do exist outside of Rehmann that pay more and require fewer hours, those career paths, growth opportunities, people culture and benefits might not look the same as they do at Rehmann!
