Pros

The more outspoken and driven you are, the better you'll do here. This is no place for introverts unless you're exceptional at the type of work you do. Great people and solid clientele that can weather recessions. Good pipeline of work with a solid proposal team.

Cons

If you just do what's asked of you, you'll find yourself stalling, often frustrated and overworked as many employees here are feeling. Company owners are pushing for people to return to the workplace which nobody likes. Benefits are below average when compared to similar companies. Compensation is below average until you get past a certain point but even then you have to make your demands felt.

It is a good place to start your career and there is a lot of mentorship.

Cons

Can feel a little unstable at time with layoffs. Not a lot of face time with partners or reassurance. Salary is not great compared to other firms. They took away bonuses too.
