Pros
Get to work alongside and for some of the smartest, kindest and most hilarious people. Good clients, good managers, good staff. I laugh almost every day at work. Pay is pretty bad given the long hours. If you LOVE comms for cool nonprofits and gov agencies, RG is a killer learning opportunity. Great place to build skills and your DC network.
Cons
Not much direction or inspiration from Senior Leadership. No company goals or vision. Promotions based on tenure and org cash flow - not a meritocratic company. If you’re looking for a place for career growth, this may not be the right company unless you’re willing to sweat for 10 years to earn your keep.
