Reingold is small enough (~130 employees) to have access to senior leadership on a daily basis. Project managers and teams are often intertwined making collaboration and communication quite fluid.

Cons

The advancement opportunities are a bit vague. No one knows how much their peer makes, which has its benefits, but does not help for those hoping to forecast their career earnings.
