Mission-oriented client projects; hard-working, fun colleagues; great culture; casual environment; hybrid WFM policy; good pay and bennies.

Cons

Haven't re-opened the offices yet due to pandemic concerns, so I'm worried about maintaining our fun and collaborative corporate culture.

Cool company, the culture is great and the people are cool

Cons

The whole company is basically based on favorites. Play politics and you will get everything you want. Even if you do everything right but you are not someones favorite, don't even try to negotiate your salary

Pros

The culture and the people are definitely the great things about Reingold.

Cons

The pay is horrible, seems like they use culture as a reason to pay their employees at the lowest salary possible. Also its very obvious the tech department gets all the attention in the firm. Seems like the partners only care about them, and forget about the other departments like consulting, editorial, HR, design, finance and media.
