You receive a lot of experience on very high level clients and have the ability to understand how to tackle multiple tasks at once. There is a great collaborative community and people who are willing to support you when you need it.

Cons

There is a lot of work that you will be taking on and there will be no room for growth within the company. You will be doing the role of multiple people and never actually do your levels work.
