      Decently good benefits, 50$ Equinox membership.. and that’s about it.

      Cons

      Everyone is just a number and you can easily be replaced. VP is preferential to those who work late hours and not their efficiency. Management values cutting cost so much that there is no work life balance, pay gap amongst colleagues are so high due to preferential treatment and they treat you like a slave. There is no room for growth.

      The residents in the building are what make this place a good one to work for that’s it

      Cons

      Related is racist, only hire blonde leasing agents. When told that direct supervisor was saying disgusting things about the GM basically told me “Whatever he won’t do it again.” They then fired me in retaliation
