Let me start by saying, the cons DO NOT out way the pros. I worked here for a year, and it was an absolutely horrible experience. I worked long hours in dark cubicle with hardly any human interaction or communication. I was so excited to join this company because I was hoping I was going to learn a lot about real estate. What I learned was how to input calendar invites and print papers for people... such a devastation. Yes the company is successful, and their are opportunities, but only if you know the right people in the right places. Otherwise, get ready to sign your life away. Lastly, there is ZERO company culture. No outings, no volunteering opportunities or clubs. What big corporations don't have any networks organizations in their company?! I found this to be extremely odd and unmotivating.
