Anti-Worker

Pros

The contracts they work with are of high interest and importance to human life.

Cons

Anti-Worker and only interested in profits. Employee benefits are zero to none, even if they postulate themselves as progressive. Corrupt. Happily play along with nepotism. Management has no idea what you are up to half the time and judge you based on a non uniform scale with unreal weighting coefficients. Merit isn’t taken into account when discussing your salary.

Pros

Upper management org structure is optimized and very lean, which empowers employees at all levels and eliminates micromanagement. Managers listen and are receptive to all employees. They understand and promote a healthy work-life balance, including granting remote work. They "stay out of the way" and allow people to focus on their core responsibilities and support and encourage independent R&D. Forward thinkers, world-class engineers, and "go-getters." Excellent new "one stop shop" for employees to manage their HR records, timecards, access pay info, and manage benefits. With very generous market-level pay and benefits, this company invests in its people and wants to keep them and help them grow. Ability to discover, learn, and work on new and exciting technologies in space and aerospace, and apply them directly to our clients in the Federal Government and commercial space industries.

Cons

Being a small company, employees sometimes miss opportunities to work on new business or pipelines. Needs a centralized "knowledge database" to allow access to shared resources, knowledge and training opportunities.
