Pros

If you can land on a good team, you can learn a lot and build lasting relationships.

Cons

Multiple years' of poor decisions by the executive team have led to a degradation of the company culture. The recent return to office mandate, with zero metrics to track or supporting data given on the benefits they'll have, are exacerbating the issues. Additionally, upper management has effectively completely stopped listening to feedback which goes against their world view. The CEO has openly stated that he doesn't care about data which contradicts what he's hearing from other CEOs about the benefits of remove work vs. in-office work.

Pros

Strong, fun culture. Company has a ton of great benefits.

Cons

Middle management spends too much time in meetings, lacks spending time leading teams and answering decision making questions from employees. This slows down productivity internally.

Pros

Though the company has grown rapidly in the last few years, they have mostly avoided taking on the corporate atmosphere that almost always accompanies success. Shorts, t-shirts, and flip flops are the norm here.

Cons

The down side of having the startup atmosphere is the expectation that everyone is available 24/7 and long hours and strange shifts are the norm. Not always the greatest place to work if you have a family.
