Lots of entitled team members who have been in the company for years and do nothing. Some of them can be openly mean and condescending. Those bullies will be protected and management will do nothing about it! Leaders are often clueless and play favorites. Data and AI is all talk and no action! Data teams are in limbo with no decision making authority and shoe string budgets! Leaders in charge are less experienced and have no clear vision! Many fragmented ways of working and often led teams to working on misplaced priorities. Lots of blaming and no ownership! tech teams are slowly sinking! HR and people teams are mostly talk!

The salary is very very minimal. lots of people are leaving.
