Cons

PHONES: You will likely have 2-4 hours a day on phones. I was misled and not made clear of this during interviews. Being on phones is incredibly stressful and leads to quick burnout. TRAINING: The first 3 weeks you are given links to learn everything and told, "Good Luck learning this software all on your own! :D" As someone who learns best being able to be hands-on, ask questions in real-time to a human being, and learn in sandbox environments, it was difficult having no trainer to turn to for questions or help. I was always wondering if I was doing exercises correctly and quickly got frustrated. Again, you are on your own so good luck! Phones & (Lack of) Training had to be the worst. Software: The Relativity Software itself is counterintuitive. Not user-friendly + Not simple + Unaesthetic = Makes it difficult to learn. Somewhat unfair pay. I was repeatedly told I was going to the more difficult team requiring more expertise while my coworker had the easier team, but we were both paid the exact same. My position called for me to have coding experience while my coworkers didn't so why was I paid the same? Everyone is nice BUT no one really knows what they are doing. Tickets that should take 15 mins are quickly turned into literal hours because you never know if the information you have is correct, from an old update, or if the knowledge base is updated. You will find yourself asking others for help ALL DAY LONG so if you like being on your own time, look elsewhere. Ultimately, I just think this company, although having money and being relatively big, needs to reevaluate and listen to its employees; otherwise, it will continue to lower its retention rate. The frustrating lack of training mixed with misleading interviews about the roles and responsibilities quickly drove me away from this company and had me looking elsewhere.
