Relativity reviews

- Recent layoffs & exec resignations indicated change in how the company is doing business - morale is very low - Transition to cloud has been painful, and work still being half-done makes it doubly annoying - Relativity will be hitched to a stack unsuited for the cloud works for at least a few more years (.NET Framework & Windows)

Stack and rank reviews done quarterly. That started a couple of years ago, so any sense of teamwork is gone. Super odd way to do performance for the woke culture Relativity has because there are number of studies that stack and rank reviews kill creativity. Layoffs. Relativity recently laid off about 10% of workforce. Number of the people who lost their jobs were excellent employees and provided huge contribution to the company. Double standards. Engineers in Poland are held to much lower expectations compare to engineers in US. Screaming . It is fairly normal for senior leaders to scream at employees or put them down in public setting. This kind of behavior will not stop you from being promoted.
