Pros

I don't think there are any pros

Cons

I was a member of the 24/7 team created in 2021 in the EU. This is the worst team to belong to in the entire company. Here are the cons 1. You get to work very odd and rapidly changing shifts round the clock 2. The 24/7 team basically has no public holidays. there is no part of the contract that makes provision for that. So basically you work on public holidays without any additional compensation unlike other members of the team doing the same job. 3. The onboarding process is almost irrelevant as they spend 2 full months teaching you stuff you can easily read off the documentation website and after this, you are expected to support the entire product suite the company offers. 4. Improper organisation structure in the EU support team. Company is reluctant to hire adequate staff and restructure the support team so that each team member is able to focus on specific products and master them 5. Very difficult to get days off from work (even your paid time off). Other teams are entitled to company-wide breaks and the support team is not. 6. Support team in Poland is the least paid

Pros

It feels like a growing family; we work hard and are moving fast all the time, but people care about their work, about you as a person and genuinely look forward to working with each other The work is really interesting and our clients truly benefit from our services; we're not just selling another piece of unnecessary software There's a lot of trust and respect among peers and between manager to employee

Cons

Because we are growing fast, it's sometimes hard to keep the connection between groups. We're going to need to beef up our cross-functional education in order to keep people up to speed with what their colleagues are doing in real-time
