Thank you for voicing your feedback and concerns about Relativity’s visa and employment process for foreign nationals (FNs). At Relativity, we look for the most highly skilled talent who we believe add unique perspectives and value to our company, so we actively hire FNs across the organization if they are the best fit for the role. In response to your comment around transitioning to I-140 visas, we have successfully gained many I-140s for Relativity employees, and we do not wait until an H-1b is completed before applying for the I-140. We generally endeavor to start the I-140 process after an employee has worked at the organization for 12 months. This is communicated to all incoming FN employees when they begin their careers here. Unfortunately, we are unable to hire F-1/OPT candidates due to external legal constraints, and many other organizations face similar challenges. We are aware that the visa application process in the U.S. is quite complicated and can cause confusion for many – we hope this helps to clarify our capabilities.
