Pros

Relativity Space was and still is an amazing adventure. Worked with and was mentored by some of the best engineers and technicians in the industry. The Stennis Team moves fast and makes what seems impossible, possible. If you are looking for a radical punk rock experience with little red tape this is the place. You will be given incredible responsibility and be literally pushing the company forward each and every day. This environment encourages one to either grow or die… but you are not alone plenty of resources and support for help. Individual achievements are celebrated but the teams overall success is what it’s about. The Stennis team pushes extremely hard to meet company objectives and site objectives. So much so, we bite off alot more than we can chew, meaning every single person at stennis needs to be highly efficient. This can be alot coming in as a new hire, but you will be better for it. Our hiring/recruiting is slow but our talent is top tier speaking for stennis of course… The sauce is strong here.

Cons

Working long days and weekends will be your life, but you will also be testing rocket engines so… not really a con just a way of life…
