Pros

- Significant growth opportunities for individuals, leaders, and the business as a whole - Access to leadership, transparency across the org - Clear mission: get to orbit by end of 2021 - Employees who deeply care about achieving the impossible without losing your soul in the process - Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion - Competitive benefits for a pre-revenue company - Smart and humble employees and leaders

Cons

- Fight for talent is intense, lots of focus across all levels on recruiting. If you aren't passionate about what you do and sharing it with people in your network to get them to join, don't waste you're time. We're not only doing amazing things, but looking to scale tremendously with the right people and right skills. - Physical space is getting very tight at headquarters office due to growth - Company has almost tripled in size during COVID (150 to nearly 400 people), need to create more opportunity to build team comradery and culture - If you're looking to join Relativity to just get a better title, this is not the place for you. There is significant career growth for both ICs and managers, but title chasers don't last long here.
