Awesome ICs to work with, cool hardware, lots of promise if they can fix the culture. Executive leadership and the individuals that built the company are great!

Cons

Operations management has been taken over by a poor Elon emulations, who's "leadership style" is just to pretend to be the smartest person in the room, take credit for other work, and shame you to work harder. If you are considering a job in operations and want to work for a leader whose lost their humanity and whose soul has been crushed, either Relativity or SpaceX will do, but you might as well go to SpaceX. Planning and communication is chaotic.
