Pros

- Improving physical environment - better workspaces and food are in-the-works. - Great and epic possibilities if Terran R flies successfully

Cons

- HR policies are inconsistent. The HR department beholden to whatever your manager wants to do that day. - Key managers have no leadership experience and no interest in learning human skills. - No priority on employee education or advancement. - Questions on long-term company viability, about on par with other start ups.

Pros

Fun culture currently (fading as it always does), everyone works near the hardware for the most part, talented, committed coworkers, I think the company will be successful

Cons

Professionalism is lacking: a lot of people have never worked anywhere but a start up since college and it shows. Most of the leadership is from spaceX so get ready for some 60 hour weeks.
