      Pros

      I joined for 2 main reasons - The technology and culture. Relativity Space is building rockets but also developing the core 3D printed technology to go to Mars and do in-space manufacturing. I cant think of a more innovative mission and I wanted to get behind that ASAP! The culture is amazing - they value employees, have a great benefits package, and promote quickly if you are doing a good job. The work is very interesting and I like the people I work with

      There are still growing pains like any startup but I view them as fun challenges

      Pros

      People are incredibly smart, but also generally very friendly and kind. Work is super interesting and fast-paced, but the overall culture tries to encourage somewhat healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      Growing very, very fast so it's difficult to get to know everyone and maintain a consistent culture. Although the work-life balance seems to be better than comparable rocket startups, hours are definitely longer than traditional aerospace companies. Diversity isn't great, although it is improving.

      Overall, Relativity is a great place to work: * Fast growing and dynamic, lots of opportunities * Working on amazing technology with amazing future growth opportunities * Very intentional about both its technology roadmap and its culture * Always working to make sure we are working on the right challenges to be successful

      Cons

      The same challenges I have seen at other successful startups - enough seating and parking for all the employees, but that will be addressed with our new facility!
