Pros

- You get to work on some of the most interesting and challenging engineering problems in aerospace. - There's as much focus on company culture as there is on building rockets, with lots of opportunities to get to know your colleagues outside the office. - Everyone is passionate about their work, which in turn makes it a positive and productive place to work. - Really great team with tons of experience in launch-vehicle development and additive manufacturing, so there's no shortage of learning opportunities and career growth.

Cons

It's hard to think of any downsides, but: - Parking can be tough, but that should be resolved soon. - There's a lot of responsibility and visibility at all levels (which is really a pro depending on how you like to work), but it's not for everyone. - The company is growing fast (another pro), but again, it's not for everyone.

Amazing Team and Culture

Pros

We are working on some hard problems but everyone is focused and the emphasis is on being a team player. Everyone is respected and valued, team is made up of some brilliant minds thanks to a really high hiring bar. Everything is well thought out and this company is handling the growing pains much better than other startups I've been a part of. The CEO is approachable, doesn't give that "CEO aura" that can turn people off, and listens to those around him. This mentality shows with the rest of the team.

Cons

Facilities really: Parking, building temperature. A few other benefits would be great but all of these things are easily fixable as the company grows.

Pros

-I have been with a few different aerospace companies and Relativity has some of the most intelligent people I have ever worked with. This usually comes with the challenge of dealing with extremely large egos, but the atmosphere and mentality of everyone is so positive and supportive that it truly feels like being on some crazy awesome aerospace dream team. -You are designing and building rockets, which is already awesome. On top of this though you are also 3D printing them, which (while it does have some downsides) makes development crazy fast. A change in an engine model is reflected in actual hardware in a fraction of the time it takes anywhere else. -We have updates from every department in short lunch presentations every other week, which is great in getting everyone up to speed and I feel like I actually know what is going on in other departments. The open office plan also helps with that. -The coffee game is on point

Cons

Most of my cons are pretty small -The benefits could be a bit better, but honestly, they are not bad. As the company grows I am sure the benefits will as well. -The office can get pretty cold or hot depending on the day, but this will be fixed pretty soon. -Parking can be a lit bit crowded
