My primary concern is the substantial difference between the job I applied and interviewed for and the actual role I ended up performing. It's challenging to pinpoint responsibility for this discrepancy, whether it lies with RELI, the client I supported, or even with myself, as I could have been more critical during my job search. However, when I compare the initial job description I applied for with the actual list of responsibilities, they're incredibly different. I did take the initiative to seek out tasks that aligned more closely with the job description, and to a certain extent, I was successful in doing so. I was proactive in putting in a good effort to make an impact and provide value to our clients. Nonetheless, at its core, my position did not align with the role I initially applied for, leading to moments of frustration. Eventually, I found that the mismatch would prevent me from my personal career goals. Ultimately, this was the main reason in my decision to leave.
