      Pros

      There are many opportunities here at the RELI Group Inc. The owners are great people and treat everyone with respect. The Executives are very knowledgeable in their disciplines, and that show in the success of the company. There are referral bonuses, and fun activities to attend. Come on over to The RELI Group for a challenging career.

      Cons

      Located near Security Blvd, the traffic can slow down at rush hour.

      Small firm where the CEO knows your name

      Cons

      Some people don't seem comfortable with people who are different than them. A small percentage of executives seem petty.

      Pros

      *Medical. dental & vision benefits were recently reduced by 10% and are very affordable for my family *Flexibility to work from when needed for appointments or to take care of family *Great PTO and Holiday Leave offered * The CEO and his wife are wonderful people who value everyone that works for the company and treats us all with the same respect and trust. *Best team that I have ever worked with! We work hard together but also find time to have fun as well. *Company events in the Winter and Summer which gives us all a chance to get together and know one another...and have fun of course!
