      Pros

      Not a lot of oversight. Which is fantastic if you are good at what you do.

      Cons

      So many times I saw them fire people because of a difficult client - had some minor issue. Leadership is toxic and lacks courage. HR is weaponized. If you need the money - CYA.

      Good experience, got DOGE'd

      Pros

      -Most of my time is spent working on client deliverables, there is very little interaction required from the company, making me more productive. -Good support for personal growth and development

      Cons

      -End of year performance review system is strange, 1-5 scale, but my manager is not allowed to give people anything above a 3 without approval from leadership. Also there are some factors in your performance that you won't have any ability to interface with. -Bad time to be in government contracting

      Hostile, unethical, depressing

      Pros

      None, nada, zilch. Not even one!

      Cons

      Hostile work environment. They use threats to get work done to their liking. Threats are investigated and nothing comes from those cases. Managers and executive leaders are not managers and are in place just to say they have them. Fired GOOD and HONEST staff and replaced them with expensive paper pushers. How many reorgs can a company go through before they realize it just doesn’t work? Small business that cannot sustain large business work. No work life balance. Poor benefits. Poor salaries.
