One of the best company culture/mindsets, work with world class engineers, mental performance coaching, company provided lunches, career opportunities.

Cons

No remote or hybrid schedules.

Pros

The company was growing and taking on new projects constantly. So, you never ran out of things to do here.

Cons

Things were always changing at this company. New faces came in regularly, and the old ones also remained. You had to adjust to all that while working on multiple projects at once. It wasn't pleasant.
