I'm lucky to work at ReliaQuest! The environment here is unlike anything I've experienced - it’s an inspiring place to show up to every day. Everyone is dedicated/hardworking, and it’s amazing to be surrounded by people who are truly world-class at what they do. What really makes RQ stand out to me is how much it prioritizes mindset and consistently brings the company’s core values to life. These aren't just ideas we talk about - they’re woven into everything we do and always front and center. This has created a culture where you feel supported, motivated, and genuinely set up for success.
I’ve been with RQ for almost a year now, and as my first job out of college, I will say I couldn't have asked for a better place to start my career. I don't have any cons, I enjoy my time at work. You truly get what you put into your job. The environment is face-paced as this industry is constantly evolving, which I prefer but others may find challenging.
