Management is full of incompetent people

Pros

There are talented people who unfortunately have their efforts squandered by bureaucracy.

Cons

First and foremost, management is full of incompetent people with inflated egos. They don't care about employees. Don't try to voice your real opinion, because that will just roll up to management who want to avoid conflict and not solve issues. All positive reviews are posted by the company itself and are fake. Just stay away and you will be glad.

Pros

Great product - simple and genius! So many people I've met could benefit from it!

Cons

Worked a bunch of things that I proposed a way to automate with no success - tickets are important... Very dismal outlook to developers from devops in general.. Microsoft Teams has telemarketing..? Wtf
