      Unreasonable demands from management

      Pros

      only worked about 4 hours in the morning, no new cars would arrive after so i got to relax the rest of the day

      Cons

      management doesnt know what happens on the roof and coworkers park lazy and in a rush, causing chaos.

      Great people from who I know is still there. Good training and guidance if you're new to sales.

      Cons

      Not a lot of floor traffic. You have to work off referrals and appointments if you want to make a decent living.

      Flexible schedule. Willing to work with my schedule and life and didn't make too much fuss about it.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Management doesn't get in trouble for Stuff they aren't suppose to do.
